Fitness camps are open to ages 18 and up and are one hour in duration. If you would like a slower paced class, please contact us to discuss our two day a week sessions.

Our camps meet three days a week, for 4 weeks. Each 4 week session ends with a complimentary body fat and measurement analysis

 

Our average client will lose 1 - 2 inches around the mid section and 2% - 4% of body fat loss in just the first month!

 

 

What to Expect

Get ready for a new approach to fitness. We have developed one hour routines that are fun filled, challenging, and most importantly effective.
Each workout consists of a 5 min warm up/stretch to get the heart rate going while properly stretching the muscles.
Once warm, we challenge your entire body. Strength bands mixed with push ups, sit-ups, several punching routines, a multitude of static and isometric holds, and countless varieties of obstacle courses setup with cones and agility ladders will keep you busy for the entirety of your session. Our creativity and excellence in attention and motivation will have you pushing past your limits in no time.
